How to Make: Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 banana
almond milk (or soy milk)
pancake mix
your favorite toppings (optional)

= 100% vegan!
no chickens or cows are harmed or used in the making of these pancakes

Fun Facts:
Aunt Jemima pancake mix is vegan!
but it has to be Original though
almond milk is better to use rather than soy milk
in cooking because it gives off a nutty flavor
bananas make a really great vegan replacement for eggs;
1/2 banana is about 1 egg

Steps:
1- mash 1/2 banana with a whisk in the bowl
2- add pancake mix and almond milk; depending how you want it: extra mix and less almond milk if you want it thick OR vice versa if you want it thin
3- mix is all until it's smooth
4- set your stove in medium-low
5- apply mix into the stick-free pan
6- wait until it's cooked on the bottom, then you flip
7- repeat on the other side
8- when it's done, put it on your plate
9- repeat steps 5-8 until your mix is gone
10- add your favorite toppings (optional); anything like blueberry, banana slices, strawberries, maple syrup, etc.
11- Enjoy!!
